Ohlabinan is a very nice place to stay in Sagada and very much affordable. I think we only paid P800/night with 2 beds. Our room has a large window which gave us the chance to see the brightest full moon. Also, Olahbinan has a veranda at the 2nd floor overlooking the St. Mary's Church.

Olahbinan is not hard to find as it's near the Municipal Hall and is off the main road.
